At this week’s session we were rolling out white clay  into letters spelling out ‘Wind’ and ‘Sun’ to go on our Christmas tree in the Parish church in December. At this week’s Skills Café, we diced and spliced our marrows to make cakes and cheese-and marrow-muffins and, while they baked, we were treated to excerpts from Richard’s life story (which he is writing up at the moment) – lots of fishy tales (!) about his passion for angling.

  • Manna history

    Manna House was born in April 2002, initially housed on Kirkland, Kendal, and then moving to the Shakespeare Centre later that year. We moved to larger premises at Castle Lodge on Aynam Road in April 2010. In October 2018, we moved to the Stephenson Centre, off Ann Street, near Kendal station.
