"Manna House works for the benefit of the public in South Lakeland, providing advice, advocacy and a drop-in support centre for those who are homeless, vulnerably housed, lonely or needing help."

On March 6 the Church Leaders of Cumbria got together to sign a pledge of support for social action and social justice.     Manna House began in 2003 at The Shakespeare Centre in Kendal. Due to an increased demand for our services, we moved to larger premises here at Castle Lodge in April 2011.
