Kendal’s winter homeless shelter, run by Manna House in conjunction with six local churches, has had a surprise outcome from its guests.     Manna House began in 2003 at The Shakespeare Centre in Kendal. Due to an increased demand for our services, we moved to larger premises here at Castle Lodge in April 2011.
